CONVIVIA sells the tickets for this event — the sale contract is with the organizer. Strobo only provides the ticketing platform. The organizer has declared that they sell as a trader — a business or a professional — so EU consumer rules apply to this purchase; that declaration is theirs, and Strobo does not verify it.

Refunds

Refunds are at the organizer's discretion, and guaranteed if the event is cancelled or postponed.
